Our hours are Tuesday to Friday by appointment only. Limited weekend appointments are available. After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss the goals for your session and schedule a Design Session to personalize your experience.
- Where are you located?

Our in-home studio is located in Grand Prairie, Texas. On-location services are available in the DFW metroplex.
- Do you accept reservations?

Yes! Your reservations can be made immediately for personal headshots or after we receive your inquiry. We will contact you to learn more about your goals for the photography session and schedule a Design Session to personalize your experience.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.
- How long is the typical wait?

Wait times vary based on demand. Typically, we reach out within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry to learn more about your photography goals. Afterward, we will schedule your Design Session to personalize your experience and select your Photography Session date.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Once your Design Session is completed, we will book your photography session. At this time, a session fee is collected to hold your reservation.
The session fee will be fully refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times will vary depending on the type of session. Typically 2-3 days for digital and minimal retouching. Delivery times will be extended for printed products.
